Paul Khandekar
CEO
Paul Khandekar has many years of experience in the creation and implementation of advanced software in the cutting
edge business world. Before founding Instaknow, Paul had launched and grown system design, development and integration
companies specializing in state-of-the-art multi-platform financial systems. He has designed and deployed high-end
solutions for companies such as Prudential Investments, Deutsch Bank and American Express. Proficient in over ten
programming languages, Paul is the visionary of InstaKnow's unique “Adaptive Intelligence” business rules execution
advances using patented Auto-Discovery, Auto-Configuration and Auto-Adaptation artificial intelligence.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
Soma Gidugu
Vice President of Engineering
Soma Gidugu has more than 20 years of experience in designing and deploying advanced software systems for major
organizations such as Lucent Technologies, Bankers Trust, United Media, and Coopers & Lybrand. Before joining Instaknow,
Soma was the visionary of two state-of-the-art learning and development software initiatives currently being readied for
global deployment over the Internet. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Science.
Jeffrey Paul
Director of Sales
Jeff has an expertise in building sales and marketing channels for high growth technology companies.
Prior to arriving at Instaknow, Jeff was a co-founder of Veotag, a SaaS based web 2.0 video publishing company.
He brought the company from inception through early adopter stage to high growth and fast customer acquisition phase.
He saw the company through a successful acquisition. Jeff has a specific expertise in developing enterprise reseller
channels as well as direct to business sales. He has developed profitable relationships with Bearing Point, IBM,
Accenture, EDS, Cap Gemini as well as many other leading integrators. Prior to Veotag, Jeff was the VP of Worldwide
Sales for Contivo, a software company in the emerging market for enterprise vocabulary management systems. Before that,
he held various senior sales management positions at other enterprise software companies including Mercator, CMGI, Dun
& Bradstreet and New York-based Information Builders.
